Cookies & browser settings

Effective October 5, 2026. Information about cookies and other browser storage on the website, in your workspace and in internal administration. Optional workspace preferences are off unless you enable them below.

Pre-launch notice: commercial ordering is pending registration, tax treatment and the provider/privacy review. These pages do not announce a live paid service.

Necessary sign-in and security

Supabase session and sign-in verification cookies maintain the authentication you request. They may use names beginning with sb- and the configured project identifier, including a code-verifier cookie during sign-in. The current authentication library sets a cookie lifetime of up to 400 days, renewed when the cookie is refreshed; this is not the lifetime of an access token or a guarantee of an active session. Session validity follows the authentication settings, and signing out removes the authentication cookies; you can also clear browser storage. Blocking necessary authentication storage can prevent sign-in or interrupt your session.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks browser and network signals to protect email sign-in against abuse. Verification storage or cookies can depend on widget settings. The provider review covers the current pre-launch sign-in as well as future use. These security checks are not an advertising choice.

Optional workspace preferences

If you choose to remember workspace preferences, VoxiGO may save download marks under voxigo:download:… in localStorage and an internal content-list position under content-list:… in sessionStorage. Download marks do not contain the media files. Local marks remain until you remove them or clear browser data; list positions are removed after restoration or when the browsing session ends.

These conveniences are not required for access or downloads. Without permission, download marks remain in application memory only; list positions are not stored by VoxiGO. The browser-preference choice itself is saved under voxigo:privacy:preferences:v1 so we can respect it. It is not an advertising identifier. Switch optional preferences off to remove stored marks and list positions on this browser.

Files you upload and device notifications

When you start a Guided Capture upload, the browser saves a temporary original file and upload identifiers in the IndexedDB database voxigo-guided-capture, store kept-files, to recover interrupted uploads. The queue attempts to delete this local copy after receipt is verified. Failed uploads or cleanup may leave a copy until you retry, choose Discard local copy, or clear this site's browser data. There is no automatic age-based expiry. The queue is limited to 20 files and 250 MB. This upload recovery storage is separate from optional download marks.

Device notifications are enabled separately when you choose Enable on this device and grant browser permission. The browser registers the push-only /sw.js service worker and maintains a push subscription; VoxiGO stores the endpoint and subscription keys to deliver requested updates. This worker does not cache private pages or media. Disable notifications in the application or revoke the browser's notification permission; browser site-data controls can remove remaining registration data.

Turning optional workspace preferences off removes download marks and content-list positions only. It does not sign you out, discard unsent files, or turn off notifications you separately requested. Use each feature's own control for those actions. Clearing all site data can sign you out and permanently remove an unsent local file.

Optional first-party website analytics

When this feature is enabled, Accept analytics allows VoxiGO to measure public page views, visits, traffic sources, campaign codes, device category, button clicks and scroll depth. Reject optional leaves it off. Both actions are available directly in the banner. Continued browsing is not consent. Privacy choices on this page and the public website lets you change your choice; this is separate from workspace preferences.

The necessary HttpOnly cookie voxigo_privacy remembers your versioned choice for 180 days. Optional HttpOnly cookies voxigo_analytics_visitor (90 days) and voxigo_analytics_session (30 minutes) contain signed random identifiers. Events are stored in Supabase, eligible for deletion after 90 days, and removed daily with up to one additional day. The feature is off until its database, provider review and deletion schedule are ready. See the Privacy Notice for purposes, legal basis, recipients and international processing.

Rejecting clears optional identifiers and stops future collection. Delete this browser’s analytics removes retained records for the currently signed browser identifier and turns collection off. Use deletion before rejecting if you want earlier records removed immediately; once the identifier is cleared or expires, matching those records may be impossible. Browser signals Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track keep this optional analytics off.

Analytics, advertising and external platforms

The current VoxiGO application code does not add advertising pixels, Google Analytics or cross-site advertising cookies. Our server-side salon link counts and provider security logs are described in the Privacy Notice; they are not made anonymous by the absence of a cookie. This optional-preference control does not enable analytics or advertising.

Following a link to Google, Stripe, Instagram or another external site subjects that visit to the provider's own browser storage and privacy settings. Those cookies are not switched on by this workspace-preference control. If optional tracking is introduced in VoxiGO later, its purposes and providers must be disclosed and the relevant permission obtained before it starts.

US browser privacy signals

VoxiGO does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Global Privacy Control and legacy Do Not Track disable optional public website analytics. Workspace conveniences use a separate preference switch. Neither control changes cookies or tracking on Google, Stripe, Instagram or other providers' sites. See the Privacy Notice for recipients, rights and external-platform processing.

Change your choice

You can change the setting below at any time, without affecting your account or subscription. Changes apply to this browser. Clearing browser data removes your choice and returns optional preferences to off. If storage is blocked, VoxiGO leaves optional persistence off.

Your browser settings

Optional workspace preferences: Off. Remember download marks and content-list position on this device.
