Updated 2026-10-05 · Version 2026-10-05-prelaunch-v1
Business Terms
Terms for US professional hair and beauty businesses evaluating VoxiGO. The operator is based in Germany. Effective October 5, 2026. This pre-launch version does not enable real paid orders.
Pre-launch notice: commercial ordering is pending registration, tax treatment and the provider/privacy review. These pages do not announce a live paid service.
1. Your service provider
VoxiGO is operated by Kostyantyn Savchenko, a sole proprietor trading as VoxiGO in Germany. Provider address and direct contact details are available in the Legal Notice linked below. For service and rights requests, email support@usevoxigo.com. Business-registration confirmation and tax treatment remain pending; no registration approval or tax exemption is represented here.
2. Professional use and acceptance
VoxiGO is intended for adults acting for ordinary hair and beauty salons or other authorised business customers, not for private consumer purchases or medical treatment. You must be authorised to act for your business. We record your explicit acceptance of the identified version when you start Checkout. Signing in, reading this page or receiving a payment redirect does not by itself record acceptance.
These Terms govern orders expressly made under this version. They do not retroactively amend an existing order. Privacy notices explain data processing; acceptance of these Terms is not consent to advertising, optional browser storage or publication of your media.
3. Early access and commercial launch
Public early access lets you create an account and prepare your salon profile. Subscriptions, paid orders and content production are not available yet. Registration creates no payment obligation or promise of a launch date. Staging test payments remain separate from public early access. Paid commercial ordering requires a separately published commercial version of these Terms and confirmation of the operator's registration and tax treatment.
Before a commercial order, the selected package, billing currency, recurring price, applicable taxes, billing period and payment obligation must be shown clearly. This version does not assert that VAT is included, excluded, or exempt under § 19 UStG.
Launch waitlist
Joining the launch waitlist is optional and separate from creating an account. With your explicit permission, we will send one email to your verified account address when subscriptions become available. It does not reserve a package, guarantee a price or include other marketing emails. You can leave in your workspace or through the unsubscribe link in the email.
4. The service and your responsibilities
The selected package specifies the monthly mix of carousels, images and other content, and the applicable review rounds. You provide accurate salon information, timely instructions and the media needed to carry out the agreed work. Production and publishing depend on that information and on review of the relevant plan and content.
Review captions, images, prices, service descriptions and claims before approval. Tell us about errors or disputed rights through support. Approval does not excuse us from correcting work that fails to meet the agreed scope. We do not promise a specific number of followers, bookings, sales or platform impressions. Changes to package scope or price require a new agreed order or an expressly accepted change.
5. Media, people and claims
You retain rights in material you provide and give VoxiGO permission to process it only as needed for the requested service. Supply material that you own or are permitted to use, and obtain the permissions needed to depict identifiable people, including staff and salon clients. Do not upload patient records, diagnoses, treatment histories, identity documents or other sensitive records; VoxiGO is not a medical service.
Do not request fabricated reviews, unsupported health or performance claims, deceptive before-and-after comparisons, or content infringing another person's rights. Disclose paid, gifted, employee or other material relationships behind endorsements. An edited or AI-assisted image must not misrepresent an actual client result; disclose its nature where needed to avoid misleading viewers. Tell us when a permission is withdrawn or challenged. A disputed asset may be withheld from production or publishing while the issue is resolved. Marketing or portfolio use of your identifiable client media requires separate permission; purchasing a package does not grant that permission. Obtain any required permission from a parent or legal guardian before supplying material depicting a minor. Do not supply material for facial recognition or biometric identification.
6. Delivered content and publishing
For an agreed paid commercial package, final delivered content may be used for your own salon's business marketing, subject to disclosed third-party licence limits. Your original material remains yours. Pre-existing tools, templates and third-party assets are not transferred to you. Stock images, music, fonts and platform assets may have separate license limits; do not assume a license permits paid ads, resale or use on every platform. Disclosed AI-assisted material may not be exclusive or eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction. Any additional license or ownership arrangement must be agreed expressly.
Connecting Instagram does not by itself authorise automatic publication of every item. Automatic publishing requires the separate publishing permission and the applicable approval workflow. You can disconnect the integration. Content already published on an external platform must also be managed on that platform.
7. Renewal and cancellation
The planned commercial service is a monthly recurring subscription. You can cancel future renewals at any time through Stripe subscription management. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, unless another date is expressly confirmed. Previously paid access continues until that date; cancellation is not an automatic refund of the current period. This does not remove a refund or other remedy required by law or an agreed remedy for our failure to perform. Do not assume there is a free trial or money-back guarantee unless an order expressly offers one. The upcoming renewal date is shown in subscription management; cancel before that renewal to stop the next scheduled charge.
If you cannot access cancellation in Stripe, email support@usevoxigo.com from your account address and identify the subscription. We will help record the request and confirm its effective date. This pre-launch version creates no real recurring payment obligation.
8. Support, interruptions and mandatory rights
Contact support promptly if delivery, access, payment status or cancellation does not work as agreed. Platform interruptions may affect publication; we will work with you to resolve failures and agree any necessary remedy. Account restrictions for misuse must be proportionate to the reason and do not erase an existing right to cancel or a mandatory remedy.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Applicable mandatory rights remain unaffected. No blanket waiver of remedies or mandatory jurisdiction is imposed by this version.
9. Account security and acceptable use
Use your own authorized account, protect sign-in and authenticator access, and notify support if access may be compromised. Do not bypass access controls, access another salon's information, distribute malware, upload unlawful material, or disrupt the service. An account does not grant permission to test other customers or providers.
We may temporarily restrict access or disputed material when reasonably necessary to prevent harm or investigate a breach of these Terms. We will explain the reason and offer a way to respond where lawful and practicable. Urgent action may precede notice. Restrictions must be proportionate and do not remove cancellation, data rights or mandatory remedies.
10. Responsibility and limits
Each party remains responsible for its own conduct and the obligations it undertakes. Client approval is not a release of VoxiGO's responsibility for its own unlawful conduct or failure to provide the agreed service. We do not require you to defend or indemnify us for our own fault.
Subject to the exceptions in section 8, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to breach of an essential contractual obligation, and to loss that was foreseeable and typical of this agreement when it was made. An essential obligation is one needed for proper performance on which the other party can normally rely. This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by the applicable law; it does not exclude a statutory data-protection right or other liability that cannot be limited.
External platforms control their own availability, algorithms and policies. We cannot guarantee reach, bookings or continued third-party functionality. This does not excuse us from meeting our own obligations or addressing failures as described in section 8. Keep copies of material you supply and delivered files you need; no perpetual storage commitment is created by these pre-launch Terms.
11. Rights complaints and disputes
To report disputed copyright, image, trademark or other rights, email support with the affected content or URL, your relationship to the right, the problem and a way to contact you. Supply only the information needed to assess the report. We may pause the affected material, seek clarification and allow the other party to respond. This process does not represent a registered US DMCA agent or a claim to a statutory safe harbor.
German law governs this pre-launch evaluation agreement, subject to mandatory rules that cannot be displaced, including any applicable US protections. The competent courts are determined by applicable law. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver or exclusive foreign forum is imposed. You may contact support to try to resolve a dispute, without giving up a right to contact a regulator or seek a remedy in court.
12. Data processing and confidential material
Account administration and service-provider processing are described in the Privacy Notice. Where VoxiGO processes salon client or staff information on your instructions, a separate data-processing agreement and appropriate provider and transfer safeguards must be in place first. These Terms do not substitute for that agreement. Until that work is complete, pre-launch uploads must be synthetic test material without identifiable salon clients or staff.
Access to nonpublic salon instructions and material is limited to the service purposes and authorized recipients described in the Privacy Notice, or disclosure required by law. Your upload does not authorize public portfolio use, unrelated AI-model training or other independent marketing use. Do not send sensitive medical, identity or payment records through content uploads or support.
13. Changes and contact
You can save or print this version. A material change to paid-service Terms must be communicated and accepted where required; publishing a changed page alone does not replace a previously accepted version. For service, privacy or rights questions, contact support@usevoxigo.com.
