Delete your Instagram data

Sign in as your salon’s owner, open My Salon → Instagram, then expand “Disconnect or delete Instagram data”. Choose “Delete Instagram data” and confirm.

This stops future publishing and updates, removes saved Instagram access, analytics and message metadata, and queues temporary publishing images for deletion. You receive a private confirmation link to check progress.

Approved salon content and billing records remain in VoxiGO. Posts already on Instagram remain there. A post already being sent may still appear; check Instagram before publishing it again.

You can also remove VoxiGO-IG in Instagram’s Apps and websites settings to revoke its permissions. If you cannot access your salon, email contact@usevoxicate.com with your request and account address. Do not email access tokens or identity documents.
